What camera do I need?

The camera equipment needed is all specified inside the course so you can start today without even having any camera gear to start with 😊
The teachings inside the course can be applied to any brand of camera, so if you already have a Nikon, Canon, Sony or Panasonic etc, you can apply all of the lessons to your camera. 

How long is the course?

This is a self paced step-by-step online course with lifetime access. Providing you put the effort in and follow each lesson step by step you can be in a position to confidently photograph your first house in 3 weeks or less.

Do I receive a certificate on completion?

Yes once all of the modules are marked as complete you will automatically be sent your Real Estate Photography certificate.

How is it possible to make $2-$3K per day?

The systems taught inside this course will give you the confidence to photograph a standard 4 bedroom house in 45mins – 60mins, allowing you to photograph multiple houses per day. This is how Nathan (course creator) is able to achieve $2-$3K per day, by combining the right gear, with the right settings and the right processes (all taught inside this Masterclass).

Is it possible to earn $100K+ per year as a Real Estate Photographer?

From Nathan Devine (Course Instructor) – The math is very simple, I charge $500 to photograph each house and I photograph 4 houses per week which equates to $100K. If you want to earn more all you need to do is contact more Real Estate Agents to pickup more repeat work. Once you have a relationship with a Real Estate Agent, as long as you are providing great service you will continue to get repeat work every week.

How my work changed:

1. Back in 2018 I made the decision to focus purely on real estate photography, nothing else… so I got really good at it fast
2. I decided to pay someone else to do all of my editing so that I could focus on being the best photographer I could be
3. Overnight I went from working 5 days a week to 3 days  

How my parenting changed:

1. With an average 4 days off every week I had more "me" time which meant I was looking after myself better, exercise, diet and sleep
2. This made me a better parent because my mind was clearer, I was happier and I could be more connected and present with my kids
3. I was able to book all of my photoshoots during school hours so I could drop my kids to school and also finish in time to pick them up, which meant I could spend more time with them.

My photography career has spanned almost 30yrs – BUT since 2018 I have lived a semi-retired lifestyle because of these changes. Now in 2025 have had just over 3,000 students from all around the world enrol in my online course that teaches people like yourself how to photograph houses, even if you never have before.
