How my work changed

In 2018, I made the decision to focus exclusively on real estate photography — nothing else.

By specialising, I improved quickly. I also chose to outsource all of my editing so I could focus purely on shooting and client relationships.

As a result, I went from working five days a week to three, without sacrificing income.

How my parenting changed

With an average of four days off each week, I had more time to look after myself — exercise, diet, sleep, and mental health.

This made me a better parent. I was more present, more patient, and more connected with my kids.

Because I scheduled all photo shoots during school hours, I could do school drop-offs and pick-ups and spend more quality time with my family.
